This could be for a job, school, volunteer work, etc.

Don't be humble! Now is your time to shine!

Narrow your list down to your top 3 strengths that you feel comfortable discussing.

In most scenarios, you won't be asked to name all your strengths, but having 3 allows you to be prepared under pressure.

For each item on your list, include one example or story from your past experience to help illustrate your strengths.
