Quiz
When you're trying to cut back on your time on social media, which of these occasions is okay to check the social media apps on your phone?
Ideally, no time other than the slots you've designated for social media use should be spent on it. You can use the time at the doctor's office to be present, the time with your friend to genuinely connect, and the time at the meeting to listen actively and contribute where appropriate.
Use App Timers
With app timers, you can be in control of the time you spend on an app.
For example, you can set it up so you use Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for only 30 minutes per day.
Once the limit is reached, these apps will be paused for the day.
