Let's take a look at some of the ways you can have a happy healthy Eid!

Making Time For Family And Friends

During Ramadan people fast during the day and can only eat after sunset usually with their family. This can make balancing work and life is challenging.

Can't decide between work, school, family, friends, and other responsibilities?

Important tasks bring us closer to our goals. We have different goals — what matters to each of us can be different.

  • We will never have more than 24 hours a day, but we can use our time more carefully

  • Create a to-do list today. For each item, ask yourself: Is it important? Is it urgent?

  • Then rearrange your list. Take a look on the weekend and see if you made the most of your time.

Prioritize Health And Happiness

Change, change, change... for a month people will be on a completely different schedule.

Thinking about how to stay healthy and have energy?

You don't have to say no to all the foods you love, but consider:

  • Eating fresh foods

  • Reading food labels

  • Sharing your treat is kind and healthier

  • What do you love to do?

  • What do you want to accomplish?
