Long to-do lists can often feel overwhelming.

The Kanban method is a planning system that lets you divide your to-do list into 3 parts; what needs to be done, what is in progress and what is completed.

Byte Author Uploaded ImageUsing this method to manage your to-do list will give you an at-a-glance view of your tasks in each step.

Kanban comes from the Japanese word for "sign".

Let's Make A List!

First, make a list for things to do today or tomorrow, for school or work, or even a personal project.

Don't worry about the order of the tasks or the length of the list.
