When you feel you don't have time to rest is exactly when it's most important to.

Use this time however you'd like - except for working. It will help you recharge so that you have energy for your busy week.

Bite Sized Exercise Sessions

If your to-do list is never ending, the reality is you may not be able to dedicate a full 60 minutes for exercise.

That doesn't mean you give up and skip the exercise!
