Are you feeling exhausted from seeing how packed your calendar is for the next 2 weeks?
Has your to-do list grown so long it scares you?
If your answer is yes, you're headed toward a burnout! But good news: you can get things back on track!
Schedule Free Time
Schedule an hour of "Me" time in this week. Treat it with the same respect you would an appointment or meeting.
When you feel you don't have time to rest is exactly when it's most important to.
Use this time however you'd like - except for working. It will help you recharge so that you have energy for your busy week.
Bite Sized Exercise Sessions
If your to-do list is never ending, the reality is you may not be able to dedicate a full 60 minutes for exercise.
That doesn't mean you give up and skip the exercise!
Why not try breaking up this up into 10 minute bite sized intervals? You can do this in between meetings, studying, and even as you're preparing your meals in the kitchen!.
Exercise is a game changer for your mood! It helps us focus and make decisions.

Breathing - The Easiest Meditation Technique!
Do you think meditation looks like this?
The truth is, you can meditate at your desk, in between meetings, or even in the car.
Try this out this breathing exercise in between ticking off items on your to-do items.
Take Action
While these 3 methods won't completely remove stress from our lives, it will help to make your next 2 weeks a bit more manageable!
